Order and delivery

Ordered before 16.00 is shipped the same day. If you order before 4 p.m. with shipping to the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered the next day (with the exception of national holidays). Do you order on the weekend? Then your order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Orders to Belgium and Luxembourg take 1 to 3 working days and orders to other European countries 2 to 5 working days.

The Netherlands: Delivery time: 1 working day
Belgium/Luxembourg: Delivery time: 1-3 working days
Germany/Denmark: Delivery time: 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe: Delivery time: 2-5 working days

For shipments within the Netherlands €4.65 is charged and to other countries €7.45. For orders to the Netherlands above €40, shipping is free. For the rest of Europe, shipping is free from €50.

We do not know at what time the PostNL delivery person will deliver your order. As soon as we offer the package to PostNL, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code and link from PostNL.
