How much does shipping cost?
We know how important it is to receive your purchases on time, which is why we offer fast and reliable shipping to all our customers. For all orders within the Netherlands we offer low shipping costs of only €4.65. For our customers in all other EU countries we charge a fixed shipping rate of €7.45. Shipping for orders over €40 is free.
We work hard to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and shipped on time so that you can enjoy your new jewelry as soon as possible. Our customer service team is always ready to answer all your questions or comments.
Where do you ship to?
In our webshop we are proud to be able to deliver your orders to your front door, wherever you are in almost all European countries. However, we would like to remind you that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
You can be assured that we work hard to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your orders. We know how important it is to receive your purchases as quickly as possible, so we make it our top priority to get them to you on time.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We understand that when you make a purchase, you want your jewelry to arrive as quickly as possible. That's why we offer same day shipping for orders placed before 4pm.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from PostNL with your tracking number, so you can easily track your package and know when it will arrive. With our fast and reliable shipping you will be enjoying your new purchase in no time.
Which payment methods are there?
We offer our customers the flexibility to pay for their purchases using a variety of payment methods to make their shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. Where's my order?
As soon as your package has been registered or shipped, you will receive an email from PostNL with your tracking number, so you can track your order every step of the way. Simply enter your tracking number on the PostNL website or click on the link in your email to receive real-time updates about your shipment. With this function you stay informed and you know when your order will be delivered.
What are the jewelry made of?
In our webshop we are proud to offer high quality stainless steel jewelry. All our products are made with the best, sustainable materials and have the added benefit of not containing any nickel or copper, so will not cause skin irritation, discoloration or allergic reactions.
When you buy from us, you can rest assured that our jewelry will not fade or transfer to your skin, so you can wear your favorite jewelry with confidence. Our gold jewelry is 5 times PVD plated with 18k gold, which ensures a beautiful and durable finish that does not fade and still remains affordable. We believe our customers deserve the very best and we are committed to providing jewelery of the highest standard that you can enjoy for many years to come.
Can I exercise and shower with the jewelry?
We have made sure that our jewelry is made from the highest quality and most durable materials. Our jewelry is water resistant, but like all precious metals; to preserve the jewelry for a longer life, you want to avoid harsh chemicals. We recommend that you dry your jewelry with a cloth towel after it gets wet.
Are the jewelery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all our jewelry is hypoallergenic. You can wear the jewelry 24/7 and never worry about rashes or green skin. Our products do not contain nickel or copper.
How are the jewelry packaged?
Our jewelery is delivered to you in an Olympus Jewelry branded pouch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The pouch is made of faux suede with a drawstring to keep your jewelry safe.
Your order also comes with an Olympus Jewelry cleaning cloth, free of chemicals to keep your jewelry in perfect condition. This is packed in a letterbox package, so you often don't have to be at home to receive your order.
My jewelry arrived defective/damaged, what now?
At Olympus Jewelry, we take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality. However, we understand that on rare occasions an order may arrive damaged or defective.
In the rare event that this occurs, we kindly ask you to contact us directly by sending an email to info@olympusjewelry.nl, or by filling in the form on our contact page. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
While we may also ask for a photo of the problem, rest assured that we'll do our very best to find a solution to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our priority is to make sure you are happy with your purchases and we will do everything we can to make it right.
I am not satisfied with my product, what now?
We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes orders do not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a legal return period of 14 days, so you can return your order for any reason.
Register your return by sending an e-mail to info@olympusjewelry.nl with your name, the order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Do you want to exchange the item? Then return the product and place a new order.

How can I return my items and get my money back?
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may not be completely satisfied with your order. That's why we offer a legal return period of 14 days, so you have enough time to decide if you're happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply return it to us within the 14 day return period and we will issue a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders and we stand behind the quality of our products.

What is covered by the warranty?
If it appears that the product does not meet the properties for which this guarantee has been issued, we will resolve this for you. This includes, among other things, the fading and discoloration of the jewelry and breaking it without having handled it incorrectly or carelessly.
